OUR TEAM & APPROACH

Local knowledge. Clear responsibilities.

La Roja Business Travel is the university and corporate visit service from the team behind La Roja Travel. Our starting point is practical: English-language Shenzhen tours, local coordination and a clear plan for your group.

BASED IN SHENZHEN

Start with a place
we know.

Our existing travel work connects visitors with Shenzhen’s public technology experiences, hardware districts and city life. A learning visit builds on that local foundation, with objectives and roles agreed for each programme.

We help coordinate the local arrangements. Your teacher or team lead brings the course or business context; specialist facilitation and interpretation are arranged separately when required and available.

WHAT WE AGREE TOGETHER

Know what each
visit includes.

A public experience, a hosted introduction and a specialist meeting are different kinds of access. We describe the format and confirm the arrangements before they become part of your agreed programme.

Understand the visit formats
  • People and roles

Identify who coordinates the day, who hosts each activity, and who leads academic or specialist discussion.

  • Access and alternatives

Confirm the host, activity and scope. Weather, operations and host availability may require an agreed alternative.

  • Scope and quotation

Document the included services, exclusions, payment stages and change or cancellation arrangements in your proposal.

  • Honest examples

Our sample programmes illustrate how a visit can work. They are not testimonials, completed-project claims or guarantees of company access.

HOW WE WORK

A clear plan.
Room for discovery.

How we work
  1. 01

    Your question

Share the group’s background, learning objectives, dates and practical constraints.

  2. 02

    A considered plan

We discuss a route, roles and costs. Company access and specialist sessions are confirmed individually.

  3. 03

    On the ground

A named coordinator manages the agreed local arrangements and changes during your visit.

  4. 04

    Time to reflect

Build in discussion and a useful record of questions to take back to your classroom or team.

LET’S PLAN IT TOGETHER

Start with the question you want to explore.

Tell us who is coming, what you want to understand, and when. We will discuss a scope that fits your group and the access available.
